Return Window

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of delivery, subject to specific product and promotion conditions.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund amount will be credited within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed to your Blouson wallet. The amount can be used for future purchases on our platform.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in:

  • Original condition
  • Unused and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns:

  • Accessories
  • Sunglasses
  • Perfumes
  • Masks
  • Innerwear

Special Promotions

Products purchased during special promotions, including Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers, are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Fee

For excessive returns, a reverse shipment fee of up to Rs 100 may be charged. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please report any defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return
  2. Pack the item in its original condition with all tags and packaging
  3. Include the original invoice in the package
  4. Ship the item using the provided return shipping label
  5. Wait for the refund to be processed (typically 5-7 business days after receiving the return)

Refund Timeline

  • Return processing: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing: 2-3 business days (for card payments)
