Refund policy

Blouson India follows a strict NO RETURN / NO REFUND policy once a product is purchased, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

If the product is delivered in proper condition with no damage or defect, returns, refunds, or exchanges will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligible for Return (Only in These Cases)

A return request will be accepted only if:

✔ The product is physically damaged
✔ The product is manufacturing defective
✔ You received a wrong product

Damage / Defective Product Policy

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product must be shared

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be available

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

Non-Returnable Conditions

❌ If the product is correct and not damaged
❌ If the size does not fit
❌ If you don’t like the product after delivery
❌ If the color/design difference is due to screen display
❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Sale items / discounted items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Accessories, innerwear, perfumes, masks, sunglasses
❌ Products from special promotions (BOGO / offers / clearance sale)

Once purchased, if the product has no issue or damage, it cannot be returned.

Return Process (Only for Damaged/Defective Products)

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share damage proof images/videos

  3. Our team will verify the issue

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared

  5. Product inspection will be done after receiving the return

  6. Replacement or refund will be processed accordingly

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for approved damaged/defective cases

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection approval

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged or defective products or change in size
No exchange for normal, correct, or undamaged products.

Final Policy Statement

Once a product is purchased from Blouson India and delivered in proper condition without any damage or defect, no return, no exchange, and no refund will be accepted.
